South London Girls Football League is back for its second year!! After a hugely successful trial year, the central venue U7s Girls Football League will be back from September 2026, running every Sunday from 13th September to 28th March, with breaks during the Half-Terms and School Holidays. In total, there will be 20 game weeks during this period. The league remains unique in its offer of developmental central venue 3v3 league football for U7 girls.
The games will take place at 11am on a 2G all weather pitch at Colfe's School, SE12 8AW.
The Under 7 league will be a 3v3 (no goalkeepers) format with a maximum of 4 players per team. The games will be 4 x 10 minutes with each player taking a break for 1 quarter (if there are only 3 then they will play the whole game).
The players and games will have a referee/game manager overseeing them and do not need a coach, allowing them the freedom to discover football and understand the foundations of the game in an empowering environment.
Players can join as a team or as individuals or a small group that can be placed together in teams. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PART OF A TEAM OR CLUB TO BE A PART OF THE LEAGUE. You can, however, join as a team or request to be with friends if only a couple of you are signing up.
The season will cost £200 per player (reduced to £150 for all players that register before 30th June). The cost includes three festival days after the season in April, May and June.
