Our Story

NXT Level was born from a belief that every young person deserves access to opportunities that can help them grow, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Our founders and now charity trustees, Gavin English and Kevin Molloy, both benefited from the generosity of others who provided opportunities that might otherwise have been out of reach. Sport, education and the support of good people helped shape their futures, and they wanted to create a way of doing the same for others.

What started as grassroots activity for local young people soon highlighted a bigger problem. Schools and communities were struggling to find trusted partners who could provide high-quality programmes, make better use of facilities and create meaningful opportunities for their young people.

So NXT Level set out to do things differently…

Today, we work alongside schools and organisations to unlock the potential of their spaces, generate meaningful income, strengthen their provision and create opportunities that extend far beyond the school day. From facilities management to curriculum support, enrichment and community programmes, everything we do is designed to create opportunity and a positive impact.

That impact doesn't stop when a session ends. Through our charity, NXT Ladder Up , young people can access activity, mentoring, qualifications, employment opportunities and entrepreneurial pathways, helping them develop the confidence, skills and character to succeed in whatever comes next.

We're proud of how far we've come, but our purpose remains unchanged: creating opportunities, strengthening communities and helping young people reach their next level, whatever that looks like for them.

  • We cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism of NXT Level. Their expertise, experience and understanding of sports development is unrivalled.

  • NXT have provided us with consistently high quality provision across the year. They have engaged and developed pupils across the key stages during term time and provided hours of fun on holiday camps. If you can get them into your school...do it!

  • I'd like to thank the NXT coaches for the brilliant work they do in putting this on free of charge. My son and the others who attend love it and it is a great community endeavour!
